Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are shipped within 5 business days of being placed. Most orders will be shipped via USPS mail. We do not guarantee arrival by particular dates for standard or expedited orders. You may be required to sign for packages.

Return Policy:

Please send us an email at ambalifashion@gmail.com for details on where to return an order. Please include your order number in your email. You must contact Ambali Fashion within 7 calendar days of delivery of the order.

After receiving authorization for a return from Ambali Fashion, the buyer must return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Ambali Fashion is not liable for returns that are lost/damaged in transit.

There is a 15% restocking fee associated with all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns are subject to a quality inspection upon return. If an item is not returned in original condition (i.e. tags missing, dirty, clearly worn, human/animal hair, etc.) deductions will be made from the refund at Ambali Fashion's discretion.

Exchange Policy:

We treat exchanges similar to returns. You may return the item (in accordance with our return policy) and place a new order with your desired specifications.

All exchanges are subject to a quality inspection upon return. If an item is not returned in original condition (i.e. tags missing, dirty, clearly worn, human/animal hair, etc.) deductions will be made from the refund at Ambali Fashion's discretion.
